Íøºì³Ô¹Ï microcredentials are high-quality educational opportunities that can help advance your career with less time and financial commitment than a formalized degree or certificate program.
All Íøºì³Ô¹Ï microcredentials consist of at least two courses and 6 or 7 credits that follow Nassau’s Fall, Spring and Summer semester calendar.
Once you complete the microcredential requirements, you will receive a digital badge
that demonstrates evidence of your discipline-specific knowledge to current and potential
employers. Íøºì³Ô¹Ï uses the platform to issue the digital badge, and instructions on how to accept the digital
badge will be sent to your email address. The digital badge can then be shared online
on sites such as LinkedIn or embedded in an eportfolio.
